Parda

Masoud Sarmast - Supreme Satrap of the CIS, 1062-1072
History
The Parda have inhabited the plains and deserts in the northeast of the continent for over two millenia. They were a series of independent kingdoms before being brought into the fold of the Pardic Empire as satrapies.
In modern times only those residing in the deep desert(Who no longer identify themselves as Parda but instead as Zummidiyavids.) have maintained their pre-empire traditions.
Culture
The Pardic Empire tends to be a sensitive subject as most all have converted to kism worship, so many modern Parda will come off as a little extra zealous in their devotion to the teachings of the Pillars to overcompensate for their ancestor's actions.
Pardic majority countries tend to operate almost crepuscularly; Most labor and work is done in the morning. During the heat of the day people stay inside, drink cold tea, nap, and play card and domino games. Then when the sun goes down the streets become bazaars, Families host feasts and concerts pop up in courtyards and street intersections.
