Skogga
The typical Skogga is pale skinned, with hair ranging from brown, blone or red.
History
Prior to the Pardic Empire, the Skogga people inhabited the dense forests of the central continent. Split into several dozen tribes, wars between them were infrequent, but often involved disagreements between whatever different deity they worshipped. When the Pardic Empire swept southward and conquered them their tribal practices merged and dissolved over time, as their identity simply became that of being Skoggan, and not Parda. Tribe specific cultural practices are largely unknown in modern times outside those few preserved in written form or in a few niche communities.
Culture
The Skogga have often strongly tied their identity to that of the forested hills, and the practice of elegant woodcraft has long been highly regarded.
Notably the Skogga had no swords prior to the arrival of the Pardic Empire. Local conflicts were fought entirely with spear and axe; weapons much easier to manufacture, and which
still had use when not engaged in warfare.
Uzmoldach and Sheazria were the most prominently worshipped sovereigns prior to the formation of the Nabalic Faith,
and that trend has continued into modern times.
