Wildlings

When a Changeling has a child there is a chance that they will inherit the features of whatever the changeling has morphed into. The more recently, and frequently a
changeling has shapeshifted, the higher the chance is. If the changeling had only ever been shapeshifting to mimic other people, it won't really be noticeable, though it can cause
accusations of infidelity when a child is born with the features of neither parent as a result.
The term 'Wildling' is typically is only used to refer to those exhibiting non-human features.
Though much less common, the phrase 'Mosaics' has also been used.
Biology
It is not known yet whether Wildlings represent a purely material state phenomena or if they are in fact shackled state beings.
These two theories are as such:
Wildling biology, and subsequently, Wildling healthcare, can be an absolute mess.
Whatever process patchworks many disparate elements into one working body, it does not always do so in a way that is comfortable or convenient.
It can be hard to tell what is or is not physiologically normal for a Wildling. Sometimes it comes down to waiting to see if something is temporary or not. Sometimes it means disregarding whether or not it is the normal, and just trying to treat a feature's effects/symptoms.
Puberty especially can be brutal for some wildlings. Rapid onset of new features, or loss and replacement of older features is not uncommon.
Wildlings have a near 100% incidence of benign teratomas. Those few that don't have one are assumed to have ones that evade detection because they are either too small, hidden away deep in the body, or cause no noticable side effects. It is believed that the process that patchworks their genetics together, while doing a good job, still misfires at times, and those misfires cause the teratomas.
Moraah Phenotype
The population of Wildlings in Al'Moraah started off as an enclave of refugee wildlings from The Lashing, displaying a wide variety of features.
Over time their genetics have mixed enough to give rise to a semi-uniform phenotype.
Common features include:

MP Specific Behaviors
Most MP behaviors are the same as any other human, they are gained through nuture and through their surrounding culture. There are some unique ones that seem 'baked in' to some MP Wildlings.
Culture:
MP Wildlings have trouble pronouncing OO, P, B, M, and V sounds as their lips are not as flexible as a baseline human's. Over time they have developed a creole language that is a merger of the Skogga and Parda languages(near equivalents to English and Farsi), but with most of the sounds they have trouble making changed or removed.MPW's are strong adherents to their own version of the Cult of Ospra. Ospra is seen as a mother figure to them.
They have had access to journals of ancient Ospra priests left behind in Al'Moraah during the Lashing, and have some understanding that Ospra was perhaps not the best or most responsible parent. Still, Ospra is used as a sort of moral justification for their divine right to exist.
The ritualistic removal and burning of a teratoma(s) or misgrown features such as a small ingrown horn. It is roughly like a sort of coming of age ceremony, but with no fixed age for it; its simply done when one first notices a teratoma or chooses to have some part that is bothersome removed.
It is said to represent the cutting away the parts of yourself that hold you back. Physically removing physical 'rot' as a metaphor for removing one's spiritual or psychological 'rot'.
Common Misconceptions
Wildlings are not actually known of commonly at this point, people not particularly aware of them, and so there aren't any misconceptions to be had. (at current time.)
Pre-Lashing Al'Moraah was the only location where there was enough of a concentration of changelings(Due to the Temple of Ospra), and subsequently Wildlings, where people would have even been aware of Wildlings as a thing that existed. Attitudes were quite mixed. Those deep in the cult of Ospra regarded them as a gift from their god. Those outside generally looked at them as a _____, some as a symptom of deviancy of the parents. Regardless it was seen as teh parent's responsibility to take care of the child, just to be kept out of sight. For many not as deep into the cult wildlings were something hard to reconcile.
Now with Changeling's more rare and spread out, and unlikely to practice their craft much, Wildling births are quite rare. When they do happen people are shocked and scared and don't understand what has happened. Its usually hushed up by the family or an understanding midwife who has seen this before. Frequently the baby is abandoned and left to die(or rarely survive and become feral), but some do take care of the child out of sight.
