The Obliterated One

No record, oral or written, remains of any information about its form, teachings, or actions.
The Obliterated One was the one time deity of the Parda before their cultural shift to misotheism and start of the crusade that formed the Pardic Empire. The priesthood caste destroyed the Obliterated One after what was considered an unspeakable betrayal; after a priestess, Sanaea, requested to be taught greater knowledge to understand her god. As such knowledge was powerful and dangerous, the god demanded she sacrifice her child to prove devotion to it. She was shaken, and when she relayed the demand to teh other priests they too were taken aback. Some thought it must merely be a test; surely it would not actually let her go through with it, it would stop her at the last moment. Sanaea agreed to go through with it, whatever happened they must know who their god was, whether it was truly worthy of worship.
The Obliterated One did nothing to stop her.
Sanaea spent the next year at its side learning from it, becoming the most skilled Thaumaturge yet known, and when
she felt she was ready, she and the rest of the priests descended upon the Obliterated one and tore it to pieces.
The priests felt they understood now that their former god, being inhuman, could never have shared their morality, and it was imperative that they remove any possible influence it would or could have over their people.
Simply doing the opposite of what it said would still be allowing its influence to sway them. Their people had to find their own path, as if it had never been.
The Parda thoroughly destroyed all monuments and writings of it. Mentions of even its name was forbidden.
A whole generation spoke only of its existence, nothing of its deeds to their children.
